Meera showed a keen interest in arts and art forms since childhood. She has published her first book, Symphony of the Ocean, which is a collection of poetry on various themes. Her poem Survival has been published in an anthology Life at Corona Times. She also published her poem “A Parable of Truth” in an international anthology Paradise on Earth by Third Eye Butterfly Press. She is the recipient of PANORAMA YOUTH LITERARY AWARD 2020 of Panorama International Literary Festival conducted on behalf of Writers Capital Foundation, Italy.
