Sneha reviews Unspoken, a book of short stories, by Sadhna Wadhwa, exclusively for Different Truths.

Author:          Sadhna Wadhwa

Genre:            Short Stories

My Ratings:   ☆☆☆☆

Each story presents a different shade of love and is really heart touching. Each story is unique and ends with a twist.

A beautiful collection of seven short stories. Each story presents a different shade of love and is really heart touching. Each story is unique and ends with a twist. Although each story has its own charm, I liked a few of them immensely. First of them is ‘Deliverance’, which narrates the tale of the unconditional love of a wife for her husband. It made me cry.

‘The Date’, narrates the tale of a girl, whose family abandoned her because of her love marriage. It really ends with a beautiful twist.  ‘The Doll’ is the best of all and I ended the book with happy tears glistening in my eyes.

I really loved each story and I am going to re-read it a few more times. Because very rarely I got to reach the collection of a short story in the romance genre.

The narration is medium paced and I must say I enjoyed the twists at end of stories

The narration is medium paced and I must say I enjoyed the twists at end of stories more than anything.

A must read!
