Twin Flame: Rendezvous with Snow, Land, and Sea

Spread the love

Reading Time: < 1 minute

 In this evocative poem, by Leena, the seashell evokes past connection and destined reunion, exclusively for Different Truths.

There’s silence now except for the distant sea,

A slight zephyr is stirring the trees.
The seashell floated in the dancing waves;
It adds amazing bliss to the aroma of blue,
It reminds me of incarnation,
It ebbed and flowed, tickling my moist feet,
Finally, we met.

I hold it to my ear
Anticipating the crash of waves,
Surprisingly, I hear your name
An echo of our previous lives.
For ages, the mystery lay still,
Like a Nacre,
Oblivious to light, invisible to existence;
Twin flames by the Zephyr blown apart,
Petrichor fills my breath throughout...
That beautiful rendezvous,
We are destined to encounter
Where the snow, land, and sea meet.
