How Durga and Medusa Shape Modern Resilience

Her wild iris holds a dragon’s breath.
She inhales rhododendron, exhaling verse—
an ancient, unwritten goddess.
Unbound, unpenned, her spirit takes wing,
cleaving seven seas to strike the mountain crests.
She navigates the jagged terrain
with cold, magnetic grace—unshaken,
Medusa holding court in stone.
Within the dark knots of her hair,
a universe turns.
Her brazen chest wears scars like plate armour,
showcased in frames of steel.
No chain bites into that stride;
desire surges—an untamed Mississippi
breaking every levee in its wake.
She is the phoenix,
raking the ash,
rising to reclaim her fury.
