Nandini Mitra, a Kolkata-based poet and post-graduate in English Literature from Jadavpur University, has published her first poetry book, “The Road to Tranquility.” She worked as a freelance journalist for a Bengali magazine. A trained classical singer, she has been writing poems since 2011. She believes in humanity, compassion, and love. Her poems relate to life's realities and nature’s diversities. She has been anthologised widely, nationally and internationally.
