Raja’s poem for Different Truths urges abandoning rulebooks for love’s wordless symphony. Surrender to its wild, natural rhythm and find profound peace in the splurge.
you tell me
i’m not loving you right
you say i love
like a song which has no words
yet the music haunts you
or a painting maybe-
full of life but lacking perfection
but I do not know
any other way to love
for all i know, love is a river
that flows in its own pace
it has a summer, a winter
spring too-
all in their own rhyme and rhythm
syntax, my love, is for the rule-books
love is wild like a bonfire
read it in my eyes
hear it in your heart
give yourself to the splurge
and let it take you completely
there is a quiet peace in surrender
that’s where love is
