The Silent Flight of Death

That wind
that carries with it
the smell of the desert
the acrid smell of war
spread deadly stench
inside the dark night
and in the bare silence
of this time
remains far from the stars
immobile and without hope
solitary companion in the heart.
It is a silent flight
it is a trajectory of death
it is the gloomy shadows
and its footprints
the last breaths exhaled
on the dark tracks of destiny
it is the omen full of mystery
or is it the caduceus symbol
of saving Peace
daughter of good and evil
immortal queen of life.
