Love is a Melody…

Monika braids love and music beautifully, in this verse, operating at the mundane and divine planes, exclusively for Different Truths.

Music…
Like those heartbeats
abets us to breathe.
When notes fall like
melodic throbs and we feel alive.

Music…
We sing the Parnesse’ verses
and few odes to one another,
to nature and creation ;
allowing love and amity to thrive.

Music…
In its aura
chance few fleeting glances;
and when eyes meet,
lips smile and hearts beam.

Music…
Survives
those earnest moments ;
of love, of emotions,
that lay unfelt, unseen.

Music…
Eventually reveals that
Love is a Melody ;
reaching hearts to reveal,
“Let it not pass in silence.”

Music…
Advents those inklings
which admits that
Love is here to bide,
when given a chance.
