Yogi had everything one could ask for. A steady job, a sensible girlfriend, loving mother, but he did not value any of it fully. Until things started getting out of hand, he lost everything which he had taken for granted but then he went ahead and instead of trying to work out his problem he ran away to an expedition to mountains. He faced a life-changing incident there when he became the victim of the infamous Kedarnath tragedy. His ordeal of survival changed not only his life but gave him the power to move on!
The author had narrated a realistic picture of tragedy and you will feel like you are watching it in front of your eyes. Yogi’s fear, struggles, helplessness each will become your own.
This story is really life-changing. It will make you think about things, which you have taken for granted. The author had narrated a realistic picture of tragedy and you will feel like you are watching it in front of your eyes. Yogi’s fear, struggles, helplessness each will become your own. I really love the way the author shaped the character of AK and the army’s role in the rescue operation. They are our real heroes no doubt.
The story is close-knit. The narration is medium paced and full of twists and turns. The events are narrated with fine details.
The language is lucid and flawless.
