Continuum

In this evocative poem, Dr Molly describes the beauty of the celestial bodies – exclusively for Different Truths.

Dark encrustations
         hang around
smother
the brightness...

        with a calm
candescence
             the moon
allows it ...

how long
         can this
go on?
the pendulum
  swings
and nothing
       can be
perennial ...

continuums
     of the flux
that resists
      regularity...

sane is
         the mind
that turns
     not inane...

flow, flow
      in tandem
waiting for
  the brightness
to spread…
