Sushmita Singh Westbrook is based in Lucknow and London. She has been a Sahaja Yoga practitioner for over twenty-five years, who would like to encourage the readers to experience the process of self-realisation to achieve peace in these anxious, uncertain times. May 5 is also the 50th Anniversary of Sahaja Yoga, initiated by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970.
