Mindfulness in Poems Connects Love and Earth

underneath
this full moonlight . . .
bare trees

winter sky . . .
feeling terrified
at every sound

wholemeal bread
on the wood stove –
an inspection

love for earth awakes:
winter chill bites at my nose
without any shame
