A tender mosaic of fleeting moments—sleep, transformation, hope, and light—Jennifer’s poem captures life’s quiet shifts in vivid, minimalist strokes, exclusively for Different Truths.
sprawled out
on the cool tile floor
legs splayed
deep snores
tired puppy
***
hanging
my dreams
upon starlight
***
chrysalis crack
out flutters
you
***
there is a season
for every purpose
turn
***
darkness
calves
to light
