Charismatic Charisma: I was Called Beautiful…

An enigmatic sensual poem, by Parvathy, exclusively for Different Truths.

I was called beautiful until my 40s’
and they said, my eyes saliently
showcased all my charisma, when
I was drowning in all that I saw.

And, they again said I had beautiful eyes.
when they couldn’t know the thirst
of my lips,
when they couldn't know, I loved
masculine odours –
and when they couldn't know, I wished
to hear a coarse conversation of his
and would he know the thoughts
that surfed within his lady,
further pacifying her
Slowly her eyes turned, less charismatic.

every woman is so
no matter, where she belongs to
and every man wouldn't treat her
more equal or less equal
and slowly, her eyes turned blind
leaving behind the charismatic charisma
