Swallowing Uncertainties

A dark poem by Suchismita that deals with uncertainties, exclusively for Different Truths.

Swinging between the two points
Mouthing to pour equally alluring confusions,
Either to choose the dark clouds of peace
Or to slay with the easy pathways of complexity,
I surrender the smithereens of my mind
In each corner to pick up the best option.
The mornings bend their heads
To the shoulder of the bewitching evening
And my sluggishness found no compliments
To adorn and bestow my compassion.
Beauty could be abruptly admired,
Love could be profoundly felt
But solace was the thing which left no footprints.
The best is yet to be enthralled
And I seek for my craziest self to be unveiled.
Patronising my verses to be the warrior
Whereas freeing my soul for future eminence.
