Though July 30 is the official International Friendship Day (IFD), according to the United Nations, the majority of the countries across the world celebrate this day on the first Sunday in the month of August each year including the United States. We, humans, are social creatures and the thought of a friendship triggers that million dollar smile on our faces. Friendship is the bond we share with our colleagues, relatives or even our pets. It’s a sort of relationship with no strings attached and is valued the most as having true friends unravels the complications of life making it easier and comfortable. True friends are always around even if you are going through a very rough phase of your life. Friendship isn’t just about jellying of people with similitudes, but it’s also about respecting discrepancies and friends accept each other, the way they are.
