Dr Molly takes us on a tour of Switzerland, exploring the best of Zurich, Lucerne, and Mount Titlis, exclusively for Different Truths.
This was my third visit to Switzerland. No one ever tires of visiting this beautiful part of Earth, again and again.
The landscape is as fresh as ever. The rich meadows, the snow-capped mountains standing guard, and the silver streamlets gushing out from the mountaintops! All etched as a picture as ever!
Fresh air, fresh water!
Salutes to you, Switzerland, for keeping them ever fresh!
At Zurich, we had ample exposure to Rhine waterfalls, a Lucerne cruise, and a view of the Wood Bridge. While walking back to our bus, some traffic regulations were being enforced on the roads, and a protest was underway. What kind of protest! The cycle lanes were cleared up for them for some time. Some cyclists with visible badges on their cycles were pedalling along. No noise, shouts of slogans!
We waited for some time to cross the road.
The chair car ride to Mount Titlis brought forth hands-on experiences of snow, crispy, crunchy snow.
There, while we were on top, the sunlight glared through the snow fleeces with a rare feel of warmth and cold cuddling together. Magical moments!
