Grammy award winner
Shakira, with a penchant
for creating foot-tapping music
remotely unaware
that somewhere,
even the wild seems affected
by her musical footprints –
a startling imprint
of distaste for the celebrity status,
wanting a temporary hiatus
were wild boars who pounced
upon her and her bag of goodies
maybe, aching for some delicious cookies
in a Barcelona Park
leaving the singer and her son
startled back –
a repetition of a similar incident
way back in two thousand twelve
come, let’s delve
when a sea lion refused to pose
for a smilie dose –
not all love Shakira up-close!

Fundamental Breach

Be wary.
Be update with your insurance diary.
Because the next time you need to claim
a stolen vehicle, a theft proclaim
then and only when
you have a valid updated registration
can you contend for a compensation
like the Supreme Court recently ruled
on a case of a car stolen
after the temporary registration
had relapsed

outside the reach

a freak fault in the registration

Russian Blogger Car Stint

What one can do
for a temporary fame ado
like this Russian blogger did,
got duct taped to a sports car skid
being driven at a speed
of 180kmp without heed
just to impress his followers
notwithstanding an official pullover.
So much could have happened.
Lives lost.
All for an obsession frost.
Fortunately,
the group arrested.
The zombie project rested.

Bumrah Love Gumrah

Being a sports presenter
can be quite a boredom denter.
This was revealed
when cricketer Jasprit Bumrah
went love gumrah
and rose in love with
Sanjana Ganesan;
cricket more fun
when performer and presenter
got together
after a brief misunderstanding spat
when each played with the arrogant bat.
Two Thousand Nineteen World Cup
That’s the year when barriers fell. Yup!
Now, the two are married and merry,
understanding one another and game
cleverly!
