Are we a puppet in the hand of Bhagya? We have nothing to do, except to execute whatever is written for us by Him? And we are helpless? It is not like that also; because you do not know what He has written for you, He may have given you multiple choices also, He may be seeing you and smiling… ever-willing to change your bhagya, if you pray for something else, yes, He can give it to you. Though Bhagya is given, our prayers and deeds can change it, says Krishna, in the weekly column, exclusively for Different Truths.
You cannot change your bhagya (fate), because it is written and even stamped on you by your Bhagya-Vidhata. It is done before your birth, and you have come to life with His wish only. Your bhagya is written on your forehead, on palms, on feet, and the whole way your body is – you are unique and you show what you are and what is going to happen to you; those who know to read it can read it also!
You cannot change your destiny, because it is given to you by your God. You cannot change your date and time of birth and in that moment everything is decided for you: your birth sign, your sun sign, your moon sign, you are a Gemini or a Taurus; if He has made you a Capricorn, you are a Capricorn, you cannot be anything else of your choice, you cannot be anyone else! You are you, and your fate is clearly for you.

So, do not be frustrated about yourself, the way you are, if anything in your life you want to change whole-heartedly, you can try your best, while invest your faith in God, He may notice your efforts and give you the results you wish so much!
So do not fight with your bhagya, rather accept God as your loving father-mentor-well wisher and tell Him all your wishes, He will grant those in your bhagya, no doubt. You cannot change your Bhagya, but He can change it!
