Truth that surges up
waits not for form
nor for frame.

It comes and goes
in gushes, in flashes,
ignoring the metrical beat.

Its rhythm floats home,
image strikes deep,
vision sinks in.

The teeming soul
casts itself out in molds
of easy harmony.
