Spread the love

Reading Time: < 1 minute

An evocative and profound poem by Meher – exclusively for Different Truths.

Blue-black toe
You are just two inches of my foot
At the edge of my three feet long leg
which is only a third of my whole body

How dare you stop me
from climbing
mountains!

In Meher’s brief poem she wastes no words in conjuring up her disdain for her foot, as a symbol, for things & events that dictate all of our choices.
