Sudhi Ranjan Mukherjee, born on Feb 6, 1957, completed his post-graduation in painting, in 1980, from Kalabhavana, Visva-Bharti University, Santineketan. He had won the coveted National Scholarship from the Government of India, while at Kalabhavan, 1975-77. He was an art teacher in the same faculty, from 1983-2017.
