Dr. Anita Nahal is a poet, flash fictionist, children’s writer, professor, has authored thirteen books. Her third poetry book, What's wrong with us Kali women? (Kelsay, 2021) was nominated by Cyril Dabydeen, Guyanese Indian Canadian poet & novelist as his choice for the best poetry book for 2021 for British, Ars Notoria. It’s also compulsory reading in a course on Multicultural Society, Utrecht University, The Netherlands. Anita teaches at the University of Columbia, Washington DC.
